When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and keep login details secure. You’re responsible for all activities under your account.

All content on our site (logos, text, images) is owned by Tunturi Shop and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

2. Product Information

2.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our fitness equipment (bars, weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.), but slight variations may occur. Product images are for illustration purposes.

2.2 Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, gym gloves cannot be returned. Custom/special order items and used/damaged equipment are also non-returnable.

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Placing Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase subject to these terms. Order confirmation emails don’t constitute acceptance – we reserve the right to reject orders.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices, though orders already placed won’t be affected.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout – we don’t store your full payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive tracking information once dispatched.

4.2 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once items are with the carrier, risk passes to you. Please inspect deliveries immediately – report any damage within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

You may return unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery. Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.

5.2 Return Process

5.3 Refund Processing

Customers cover return shipping unless the return results from our error. We recommend using trackable services – we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
