Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Gym gloves (due to personal hygiene considerations)
- Used or damaged equipment
- Custom or special order items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order details (order number, product name, and reason for return)
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank processing time: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item if the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
